Her professional career began in medical surgery, as a graduate of St George’s Hospital Medical School in London, and she has been a member of the Royal College of Surgeons since 2002.
Dr. Mayoni has also undertaken extensive training with the respected Cosmetic Courses. At the time, this was the only training academy in the UK which was led by a plastic surgeon, Adrian Richards. Her surgical and research-based training are evident in her approach, and her insistence upon using only effective treatments. Alongside her team of carefully chosen and highly trained individuals, she offers patients the very best in results-driven treatments and customer service.
Reputation through recommendation
Dr. Mayoni prides herself in word of mouth recommendations. In 2017 her journey from a home-based to a high-street clinic was rewarded with the accolade of being Highly Commended as ‘A New Clinic in UK and Ireland’ at the respected Aesthetics Awards. Since then she has gone on to receive annual acknowledgement from this awarding body. She also was awarded the F:Entrepreneur top 100 award for her achievements as a female entrepreneur.
She has developed her reputation in aesthetic medicine through the use of safe yet effective treatments to create a refreshed and rejuvenated look, and tackling common skin complaints such as acne and rosacea.

At The Clinic, Dr. Mayoni strives to create a relaxed environment where clients can talk honestly and openly about their concerns and objectives. She achieves this through a thorough yet relaxed consultation style, taking an holistic approach to the treatment plan. She creates a unique, bespoke journey for each of her clients, using the various tools at her disposal. These tools include injectable treatments, topical skincare (including prescription products) and aesthetics devices such as radiofrequency and light therapy. Dr. Mayoni also emphasises the importance of nutrition for a healthy body and mind, which is part of her reason for setting up Human Health during the Covid pandemic of 2020.
A passion for female wellness
During her medical training, Dr. Mayoni spent an extended period of time undertaking research into pelvic floor dysfunction. She was struck by how deeply affected her patients were by essentially a ‘benign’ yet very personal problem. Her passion for female wellness has culminated in her being invited to be Key Opinion Leader for Viveve. Viveve created the patented Geneveve treatment for vaginal rejuvenation and stress urinary incontinence, which was introduced to The Clinic in 2017.
Dr. Mayoni is also a Key Opinion Leader and trainer for the majority of the devihe effective non-surgical cosmetic procedure. She is an invited speaker at national and international meetings, and has a keen interest in education, regularly training other practitioners both within The Clinic and for other training bodies such as Cosmetic Courses.

Dr. Mayoni understands that finding a safe and trusted practitioner can be a tricky task, as there are many under qualified practitioners around. That’s why registering with the Care Quality Commission has been so important to her. The CQC aim to assess and ensure that the highest levels of patient care are delivered and maintained, with regards to clinical governance, safety and customer services. This includes a full inspection of the premises and practicing protocols. This gives Dr. Mayoni’s patients the reassurance and peace of mind that she, the team she leads along with the clinic and the services offered, are of the very highest standards.
