Over the years as a surgeon and doctor, I have learnt to combine my intuition and expert medical knowledge to help make the best suggestions for you. My background in surgery means I am passionate about selecting only the best, results-driven treatments. I love nothing more than seeing my patients through even the most difficult of times. I try to do this with a sense of humour but above all of this, compassion.
My patients often tell me that they feel guilty about focusing on themselves, but I firmly believe that we can only truly thrive as individuals and be supportive to others if we look after ourselves, too! Making time for ourselves is never time wasted. I am usually at my happiest spending time with my husband and young family, and going for long walks. Personal and professional development are really important to me: I am constantly learning and will often have a couple of books on the go at the same time.
