I am excited to be able to offer a new treatment to my clients – this time working to nourish your skin from within! The Advanced Nutrition Programme™ (ANP) is a range of vitamin and mineral supplements and plant extracts, formulated with your skin, hair and nails in mind.
We all know that to have healthy, glowing skin, we need to eat a balanced diet as well as have a good skincare regime. But, with the best will in the world, it’s not always easy to get the optimum levels of the vitamins and minerals in our daily diets – especially on days when your evening meal ends up being the fish fingers and mashed potato your toddler rejected!

Skin Vitality 1, for example, is a great all-round product, containing biotin, iodine, niacin, selenium, vitamin A, vitamin C and zinc to help maintain healthy hair, skin and nails, while Skin Antioxidant is formulated with seven super phytonutrients found naturally in plants, and focuses on delivering antioxidants to help target the free radicals which cause premature ageing.
I’ve chosen the Pro-Vitality range for myself: an easy-to-use daily strip including vitamin B and lipoic acid for brain function, an antioxidant capsule for skin health, Vitamin C from bilberry and black elderberry, and omegas – as well as the other vitamins and minerals you would expect.
